ارزیابی میزان حس تعلق محله ای با افزایش مشارکت شهروندان در طرح‌های توسعه محله ای (مطالعه موردی: محله پیرمادر، اردبیل)

چکیده

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی میزان حس تعلق محله ای با افزایش مشارکت شهروندان در طرح‌های توسعه محله ای در محدوده محله پیرمادر شهر اردبیل می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت در زمره تحقیقات توصیفی- تحلیلی و به لحاظ نحوه گردآوری داده ها از نوع روش پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، ساکنین محله پیرمادر، ناحیه 5 منطقه یک شهرداری اردبیل است که در سال 1396 تعداد 5294 نفر را در خود جای داده است. همچنین تعداد نمونه 358 و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 89/0 به دست آمد. نهایتاً اینکه در مرحله تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، جهت سنجش وضعیت موجود بین مشارکت و حس تعلق محله ای از آزمون T تک نمونه ای، برای بررسی رابطه بین مشارکت در توسعه محله ای از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، و جهت بررسی ارتباط بین ویژگی‌های فردی با حس تعلق محله ای و آمادگی برای مشارکت از آزمون کای اسکوئر (خی دو/ کای مربع) در قالب نرم افزار spss استفاده شده است. نتایج نشانگر ارتباط معنادار بین افزایش میزان حس تعلق محله ای با میزان آمادگی برای مشارکت در طرح‌های توسعه محله ای می‌باشد و در نهایت پیشنهاداتی ارائه گردیده است.

چکیده [English]

the main purpose of the present research Assessing the sense of neighborhood feeling with Increasing citizen participation in neighborhood development projects Is within the boundaries of the Pir Madar neighborhood in Ardebil. The present study is an applied objective and is of descriptive-analytical type in terms of its nature and in terms of data collection method is a survey method. The statistical population of this study is the residents of the Pir Madar neighborhood, district 5 of region1 of Ardebil which in 2017 includes5294 people. Also, the sample size of 358 and the Cronbach's alpha coefficient were 0.89. Finally, at the stage of data analysis, To measure the status quo of partnership and neighborhood sense from T test, To examine the relationship between partnership in neighborhood development from Pearson Correlation Coefficient Test And to investigate the relationship between individual characteristics with neighborhood sense and willingness to participate The Chi-square test (Chi-square / Double Qi) In the form of Spss software is used. The results indicate a significant relationship between increasing the sense of neighborhood affinity with the degree of readiness to participate in community development projects. And finally, suggestions have been made.
